Eligible refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase. After the refund window, access continues for the duration of the selected plan.
When a refund may be approved
- You purchased the wrong plan and contacted support promptly before extended use.
- You cannot activate access after following the setup steps and working with support.
- A confirmed billing or checkout duplicate occurred.
- A technical issue prevents reasonable use and support cannot resolve it within a practical time.
When a refund may be declined
- The request is submitted after the 14-day window.
- Login details were delivered and the account shows substantial use.
- The issue is caused by unsupported devices, blocked networks, weak internet, VPN conflicts, or local app settings that support can help fix.
- The request is based only on a channel, event, or title that is temporarily unavailable or outside guaranteed availability.
- The customer violates the Terms And Conditions or attempts account sharing beyond the selected plan.

Approved refunds are returned through the original checkout path when available. Processing times can vary by payment provider and network conditions.
